These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Oasis Ruzi Car Dealers website and services. By creating an account, making an enquiry, placing a deposit or otherwise using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We provide vehicle sales, imports, hire-purchase facilitation, test-drive bookings and related services. Vehicle listings, prices and availability are indicative and may change without notice until confirmed in writing.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to transact.

3. Deposits & payments

Where reservation deposits or payments are enabled, amounts shown at checkout are payable through our third-party payment providers. Reservation deposits hold a vehicle for the stated period and are subject to our refund policy. A deposit does not constitute a binding sale until a sale agreement is signed.

4. Test drives & appointments

Test-drive bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. You must hold a valid driving licence and comply with our staff instructions and applicable traffic laws.

5. Voice & video calls

Calls are transmitted peer-to-peer using WebRTC and are not recorded unless we clearly notify you in advance and obtain consent. Do not share sensitive information you do not wish to disclose.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit false information, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Oasis Ruzi Car Dealers is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
